Camille has been a real estate broker since the late 1980s. Her passion for the preservation of Lake Tahoe, California led her to a degree in environmental policy from the University of California, Davis and master of business from Pepperdine University. She pioneered a methodology for identifying where homes could be built without causing erosion which was destroying the clarity of the lake. Shortly after being recruited by one of the nation’s largest land planning companies, she established herself as a leader in the new field of community relations; where she represented landowners of thousands of acres develop their properties in a responsible manner. She pioneered the field of community relations, inviting neighbors and entire towns to participate in the planning for future communities, such as Ladera Ranch, Bolsa Chica, Rancho Mission Viejo, and Coto de Caza to name a few. Building a consensus and being a negotiator came naturally to her and led to mutually successful outcomes for both seller and buyer. Her technical knowledge of land use, zoning, and physical site planning contributes to how she adds value when working with sellers of ranches, large tracts of land as well as residential properties.
